HOPE

I have no idea who you are reading this but whoever you are I hope that you have hope. Life is difficult for everyone, some worse than others. We all have those times where we just want to give up. Please don't. There is always hope whatever happens. You have no idea what your future holds. Life will not throw at you something you can not make it through. I think that those who have had the worst thrown at them in life, go through that because they are the strongest people of all.

Above I have put together a collage of images with messages of hope because you know what they say a picture can say a thousand words.

If you feeling particularly down and in need of encouraging I would recommend watching Sprinkle of Glitter's video 'Having Hope'.

Sprinkle of Glitter a.k.a Louise is an amazing person. She has been through so much and has come out the other side a lovely person who makes great Youtube videos. She is an inspiration to me.

Whatever you are going through, you will get through it. People with the darkest pasts, often have the brightest futures.
